The Village at Squaw Valley is a year-round center of activity nestled at the base of the world-famous ski resort, Squaw Valley USA. Units at The Village at Squaw are sold on a run-of-the-house basis from a selection of five buildings, and lodging ranges in size from one to three bedrooms. All units at The Village at Squaw Valley are completely furnished with warm custom furniture, private balcony with decorative railings, full bathroom, color television and DVD player. The spacious living room includes a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room with table and chairs. For your convenience, the kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and range. A hydronic heating system is used to heat slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors. The Village at Squaw Valley opened with its first phase in February of 2002. In December of 2003, it opened its second phase. Currently The Village at Squaw consists of approximately 285 one, two and three bedroom condominium suites, 6 restaurants, 20 retail shops and a full service spa, with access to world-renowned Squaw Valley USA.
